| Back in May of this year, you guys basically replaced my whole A/C system for over $1500. The key word is "basically", since that didn't include the A/C clutch relay switch. Even if that $21 part is seemingly working fine at the time, you "missed the forest for the trees" by not replacing it at the same time as all that work in May. Replacing a 20-year-old $21 part at the time of the $1500 work on all of the rest of the A/C system is simply prudent and makes sense!!! It certainly was not worth all of my time, aggravation, and sweating in the car in September. I was very angry. We are not talking a $100 preventative part replacement during $300 of other related work. We are talking $21 during $1500 worth of work!!! Big ratio difference. |

| We were basically pleased with the service we received. The problem we had was that our car quit running on two occasions after we picked it up. I replaced what I thought was a bad battery. To make a long story short, whoever replaced our radiator apparently had to remove an electrical harness that connected to the alternator and failed to properly reconnect it. I called Thompson's, explained what happened to Ed, and was satisfied with his response. |

| The only complaint I have is that you should stay open a little later. 5 pm closing is pain if you are trying to get there after work. I was from out of town and I wish I had a shop like this near my house. The staff was great, the tow truck driver from Missouri was very nice a helpful. |

| I have taken my cars there, and will continue to do so. However, in this instance, you had estimated just over $1,000 for a strut & strut mount job. We took it to Sun Devil Auto on someone's recommendation, and they did the same work for under $750. This is the only time that I've had a complaint about your shop. |

| I appreciate your quick response and attention to detail to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. It turned out it wasn't quite as bad as initially thought! Thanks. Also...Louie was extremely helpful, giving me directions and also calling regarding a car rental when my car had to stay in overnight. He also provided great followup and was just a pleasure to work with. The gentleman that towed my car initially also was very nice, helpful and took his time getting my car on the flatbed to bring it in. Overall, my experience was great! |

| I have to take the blame on the time it took to finish the repair( undecisive on a holiday weekend friday). I'm glad I found a shop I feel comfortable with close to my home. |
